National Library Workers Day 2010

National Library Workers Day is a day for library staff, users, administrators and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers.

NLWD will be celebrated this year on Tuesday, April 13 as part of National Library Week. In preparation, we’re asking for your feedback! Is there anyone on staff at MDL that you’d like to nominate as a Library Star? Nominate them at the National Library Workers Day Stars web site! We’ll look for and post those nominations in time for recognition during National Library Week.

Keep an eye out for other fun events, too — this year’s theme  for NLW is Communities Thrive @ Your Library.
